Wouldn’t recommend, it can go from a casual thing to a fiend thing real quick.

Decreased endurance

I will be straight up and tell you I smoked a pack a day and still went hard at the gym, but it can take a toll if you take to much time off.

Quit smoking and I dip now. (Srs)

Just like you said, dip doesn’t hook you like cigs.

Edit: if you are trying to replace drinking with smoking gl. They compliment and reinforce eachother.

I've heard that filthy cigs kill more people than anything per year.

My dad is a heavy smoker and drinker, but none of his sons picked it up.

Don't smoke brah. That chit will kill you. Also it seems like its just something people randomly picks up. Like you don't need the nicatine high until you start smoking, so why start.

All that said, if I did smoke, I'd smoke only Marlboros. Those things seem very high quality.
