Meals take 30 minutes typically.
Literally easy to do when you know how to cook.
Portions become more of a hassle as you have to selective pick foods and get a-portioned amounts for "just you" as I don't like left overs typically.
Slow cookers and Air fryers are your friend.
Steak is 10 minutes.
Mashed potatoes take about 15 minutes.
Asparagus takes about 11-15 minutes.

Generally I cook for myself cause I eat vegetarian. Cooking only takes 10-20 minutes for dinner, breakfast 5 minutes, lunch 5-10 minutes
Even if I add in making my dinner and the familyβs dinner, I still knock it out in 10-20. Though sometimes itβs like 10-20 prep then it cooks in the oven for an hour or insta pot

Learning to cook for yourself is really great because when you get a girlfriend you can then cook for her too if that works. Also, excellent choice of crockery! I love portmeirion botanic garden stuff.
