Wtf can’t sleep due to stress of having to wake up?!?

Most days it don’t matter if it’s 9pm or 11pm or 1am, can’t fall asleep cuz have to wake up at 6am.

It’s all fine if there is no need to wake up at a certain time.

Anxiety? What is it? Go see a doc? Been happening for a couple months now. Smh

It’s not me this is happening to. But I get to hear it and it’s fuking annoying.

go see a psychologist. the stress of waking up is causing your brain to be more alert than it should be for sleep, which is causing you to not fall asleep, leading to more stress etc. The pyschologist will teach you how to reframe those thoughts so that it doesnt cause stress. Thats assuming you create the proper environment for sleep. AKA, limit blue light 2 hours before bed, dark room, ideal temp etc.

A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.

The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."

The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

Huh. Most of the time the stress is about NOT waking up.

Same thing happens to me. Even worse if I have to travel the next morning. I think it's anxiety but I've ignored it so far. Probably have to get a script for it.

Same

Gotta avoid watching shiit that makes you irritated

I have to turn on something narrated by morgan freeman or w/e that distracts my brain enough so that it doesnt race with other thoughts, the trick is to think about one non irritating thing so your brain can go to sleep

I got da adhd so its pretty hard to keep a sesame street style scene switching from going on in my head before bed
