Islam is right about banking

It’s not just the interest, it’s the paperwork and stupid fees and the amount of time it takes them to do anything

BRB explaining to some idiot sales rep who earns less in a year than you make on a single deal, how you intend to pay back a loan

Nothanxjeffrey.jpg

Also once you cut banks out of the equation routine transactions become a lot less of a headache

“No I don’t need an appraisal, thanks”

“No I haven’t confirmed my finance, I’m not seeking finance for this purchase”

“Yes I can close in 30 days, sooner if the lawyers can get their chit together”

=straight to the front of the line

I mean sure transaction accounts and holding spare cash is fine but actually borrowing money from them is a joke

Christianity used to think the same way about banking and usury for good reason. Unfortunately they got cucked.

The problem is dual citizens, not debt.

People incentivized to create scam debt because they do not care about the population as they f off to their home country at odds with every other nation do not establish responsible debt instruments.

Sold my house two years ago. Bought a new house. Literally was trying to give the bank 500k. They treated us like we were at the bottom of the pecking order. Didn't want to answer questions. Got snippy with my wife for asking basic questions. Dragged the process out longer than was needed. Charged an arm and a leg. I resolved then if I ever buy something else I'll never use a bank. It's going to be bought outright or I won't own it.

The baseline tone on Twitter is so ****y. It's like everyone is just being the bratty sibling, at all times. Everyone is so snarky, sarcastic, patronizing, condescending, hysterical. They all act like a goth 14 year old on her period. Fukkin' ****gits.

Are you poor? Low credit score? I've taken out loans from banks, credit unions and three different mortgage brokers. No unnecessary fukkery. All extremely smooth transactions. Everyone I worked with was no hassle and I felt like they were there to accommodate me.

I've a low debt to income ratio. Good credit. Own real estate. And a stacked investment account however. I think lenders deal with so many people that are terrible with finances that they treat certain people differently from others.

At one point I stacked cash for a down-payment for a home and my bank moved me to priority status. Basically offering 24/7 customer service. Never even knew that existed. I'm not advocating a six figure bank account but if you have one you are treated amazing.

They have institutional bankers who are part of management to deal with HNW individuals.

But they’re still just glorified sales reps.
