Considering just saying goodbye to chicken and going the egg route
I find eggs more filling and satiating

i did it for some time. Couldnt stand the abdominal distention and gas srs

1 egg related meal a day tops. Never want more than one meal that's super egg oriented per day.
I do scrambled eggs though, so 3-5 eggs, 1-2 cheese slices, some milk, some seasoning. Couple that with rice and/or bacon and/or toast and it's a solid meal, srs.
My eggs cost like $0.14 - $0.15 each, so coupling that with rice makes it one of the most cost effective meals you can make at home ever srs.

Love eggs, especially the raw ones.
But eventually, you'd get tired of them.
Also, reminds me of the 1967 movie "Cool Hand Luke."50 boiled eggs in the prison.
