Fat women talking about protein powder

I go all different places for work and one day there were two fat chicks talking about protein powder for breakfast. Discussing their flavors "birthday cake, vanilla, donut" etc. How Sam's Cub has such good deals.

Does anyone have experience with Sam's club protein powder? If the prices and quality is good I will try it out.

Whey protein is whey protein. You're paying for branding.

Yes, some mix better than others and some taste better but if you're on a budget walmart/sams club protein will get the job done.

I wouldn't assume that.

- could have a preference for very sweet/too sweet
- could add stuff

Not weight/health related, but I had dental surgery at one time and was all liquids. Dentist said use Instant Breakfast with ice cream.

Yeah for the most part protein is protein. the ****tier brands will probably taste worse or have additional sugars in them to mask the taste. But whey is usuaully whey. Iso vs concentrate vs hydrolyzed, prob minimal difference functionally

I use the cheapest chittiest whey I could find on Amazon, which was a 5lb tub for $34. Its fine.

If you have a blender, it doesn't matter what the powder tastes like.

The Chocolate Peanut butter flavor from Sam's is damn good. The regular chocolate is ok too. The vanilla tastes like musty butt hole

yrs ago a miscer working in a lab ran a bunch of proteins through a spectrum analyzer (or some other such device) and it came out that the bodyforce walmart brand had the amount of prot. it claimed on the label or really close.
most brands did not or only the more expensive brands did.
