Any of you brahs ever deal with slight numbness in one of your lower legs? (Srs)

Off and on for a full year now I have had numbness in my left leg from 3/4 up my calf down to my heel.

Went to the dr 3 weeks ago finally after putting it off for a year and he didnt do chit for me. He checked my heart, checked my nerve reactions did an EKG to make sure if wasnt a circulation issue caused by my heart.

Heart checked out good and after that he sent me home with no explanation at all...

I'm not going back to the DR. They dont do chit. If you're still young and healthy looking they dont take you serious. I was treated like an inconvenience the entire time I was there by the nurses and the Dr.

Has anyone ever dealt with this? Any advice on what this could be, and how to treat it?

People keep telling me it could be my back pinching a nerve and to go see a chiropractor, but I'm hesitant to do so.

I do keep tweaking my back more than ever in my life lately... but I dont know if this is the issue as I dont really have any pain or discomfort (unless its tweaked ofcourse)

I have a slight twist and arthritis is my lower back from heavy squat and dead when I was younger which either gives me pain down my leg or muscle twitches. Doctor was really never able to do much for me either. Only thing that really helps is just to keep moving, if I sit at the desk too long when I get up I hobble around because my entire leg has tightened up. I do have a prescription for 600mg ibuprofen which does help to take some swelling down. Yoga seems to help some too just to get some movement in the spine I wouldn't normally do. I'd go back to the doctor or another one and see about having some MRI's done on your back. Could show if there are any issues with your spine in general.

Luckily for me I'll probably be herded off to the Covid death camps before it gets too awful bad.

Chit brah. Yeah as long as I'm moving it's no issue at all, cant even tell. But when I'm sitting down it's annoying af.

Thought this chit would go away on it's own but after a year clearly it wont.

It's been a year. If it was cancer it would have spread and I'd probably be dead by now haha

If it bothers you see a good (aka male) physio since it is indeed a nerve entrapment probably at your back but it can be a muscle too (piriformis), it can be simply the ****ty chair you sit on or something in your back pocket.

Or just live with it, I'm sure it'll heal itself within 20 years and it doesn't sound very annoying to me.

Go to a chiro. 100% serious.

They fixed something in my lower back that i didnt know i had, i can run and cycle smoother now. Had some kind of pinched nerve.

If thats too expensive, get a set of foam roller and roll till your glutes and lower back are sore.

Dont go to a doc. Theyll either prescribe you some random bandaid drug, want to do expensive mri that finds nothing, or suggest invasive surgery
