Is 15+ shots of vodka too much over the course of a day?

I've rinsed under 5 shots so far.....gonna go party later in the day and likely consume 10+ drinks at age 29.

Do I face harmful long-term body damage with this kind of behavior under a prolonged period? I only drink on Thurs/Fridays (maybe Saturdays) with an average of 10ish drinks per week on these days.

4 seconds of a pour is a shot. Pour 40 seconds worth. That's what I drink normally. Never go over 60 seconds worth of pour.
You are your thoughts. Life is perception, thoughts are perception, perception is reality ergo thoughts are reality, I think therefore I am.

Maybe if you do not lift and weigh 90 lbs.

Srs, drinking does damage you. Chronic and binge drinking both do. You will not notice anything from doing this once or even a handful of times.

Hundreds and hundreds of times would add up a little.

I've calculated I drank roughly 15 shots/day without much time off for 20 years now. But I only drink between 9-12AM

Just took an extra 5 shots en route to a house party.

Brought my trusty water bottle fulled with another 5 shots just in case…

Total shots so far: 15

Edit: will probably take more shots so final total will probably be around 20-30.

Keep me safe brahs.
