Best way to fake an injury at work knowing you're about to be fired?

So let's say you found out through the grapevine that you're going to be let go this upcoming week, what would be the most believable type of accident to pull off where management thinks you hurt yourself badly? 'It would have to be an injury severe enough where you would get paid time off to heal, and also bad enough where you would pretty much be impossible to fire to avoid disability lawsuits. I should note that there are no stairs at work which I could pretend to fall down, so I'll need to come up with something else.

Back injury would be the easiest. They happen out of nowhere in my experience.

Find out if there's an appliance in the office that is broken, doesn't have to be an appliance, but something very heavy. Order a new one, or convince the manager to order a new one. When it arrives it should have a sticker on it that says "team lift", implying that more than one person should lift it. Then lift it yourself and fake an injury. Make sure to take a picture of the box that says "team lift", hire a lawyer, profit.
Bodybuilding is a lifetime journey, anytime spent not bulking or cutting is a waste of time.
