Narrow or shoulder width - OHP??
I’ve been rotating between narrow and slightly wider than shoulder width for OHP,
I feel it does the job, but I can press heavier with a narrower grip,
Discuss

Personally I do the width that I can press the most weight with, have the most stability with, and feel no weird points in the lift where I could get injured. Everyone's anatomy is different. If you press from your chest and lock out at the top then you completed the lift, who cares how wide your grip was. If you're going for shoulder aesthetics, it also doesn't matter how wide your grip is because you'll probably be doing 2-5 other shoulder exercises.
