i was in Denver over the summer seeing Orville Peck at the Red Rock theater. the show and the theater were fantastic.

as for Denver itself i'm going to be honest here, i hated it. the homeless situation is a lot. I am from CT and we just don't have that many homeless folks walking around out here. Just very uncomfortable especially when out at night.

i hear Estes Park is very nice. all the beautiful stuff is a good hour away from Denver. if you're just staying in the city you could very well be anywhere. philly, baltimore, whatever. just normal city stuff.
