Alec Baldwin shooting & killing Halyna is 100% his fault, no matter the circumstance.

When has ANYONE ever handed you a gun that you didn't check yourself to see if it was loaded or not. I don't care how many people have checked it/certified it.....when someone hands you a gun and tells you it's unloaded, you still check it yourself.

The story now is that they were "practicing the scene" with what was supposed to be an unloaded gun and nothing was caught on camera b/c "the sun was in a bad position and they had to re-adjust".

JFC....He'll get off scott free, they'll pin it on the films armorer and Alec will have the anti-gun crowd behind him the whole way, feeling sorry for him.

Maybe if he wasn't so anti-gun, he would have known how to properly handle one.

Wrong, it was Hillary's fault

The cinematographer who was shot and killed by actor Alec Baldwin with a prop gun on Thursday was married to a corporate lawyer employed by a law firm involved in defending an attorney who worked with the 2016 campaign of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

I agree - though he is the producer and if there is any truth that there were earlier firearm accidents and he was aware of those and didn't do something about it, they may get him on that.

This. The anti gun community commonly refers to legal guns as... idk "ghost guns" or "fully automatic" or whatever else. They have no idea how to safely handle a firearm, and they think of themselves as being above anyone else, so if they're not smart enough to handle a gun, no one else is.
