whats goin on in here mo fukas?

just came to check that yall stayin true to yoselfs and yo minds aint bein negtively warped by every thang. i hope yall stayin grindin on buildin up yo physical, mental, and spiritual states cuz remember brothas every person out there got a rock they gotta push and it aint bout gettin that rock to the top its bout pushin it up there, u gotta savor that shiet like a juicy ribeye steak and some mashed taters. now listen.. if u get the rock to the top you best just push the mo fukin thing back down do it again, maby this time u see somethin new, smell or feel somethin new. peace.
