yep thats my kind of thing. Add two scoops of whey with water just to "balance out the sugar".

yeah im well known in all the local bakeries around here lmao. Imagine a tall lean jacked dude walking in every saturday buying 60 bucks worth of sweets for the weekend, hard to be under the radar



I check my blood sugar often on mondays and its near 130-140. By friday its back to 60. Cant be healthy but thats life son
