Calling out misc mods

Looks like
















































shutting down the misc from new members for a while was a risky move but worked out well. There's been for more genuine discourse and thread quality has increased. I'm a chit poster through and through, but destructive trends were taking place that were drowning everything out. Anyways, best $30 I've ever spent.
