Should I tell each recruiter/hiring manager about the other 3 jobs? I'm wanting to gauge how well they respond to negotiations for salary and such. What's a good way to go about that? Coy vs indirect vs direct? One flat-out seems kind of desperate ("How much money do you WANT to make?")

I've never been in a position where I've had this much leverage for job opportunities. wat do, misc?

Do not tell them unless someone else outbids them.

Never mention other interviews.

Keep everything quiet until Company A is offering you a position when you already have a real offer from Company B. That's the only time you negotiate and you have to play it right or you'll alientate both of them.

I say just keep quiet about the other jobs, only address it when the time comes to negotiate after the offers are in. If you are interviewing for a job its safe to assume you are looking elsewhere too.

idk I got 2 offers last week and in final stages for 3ish more companies

I told the ones im in process yo I got an offer so lets make this quick and they expedited me to the end

hoping for 1-2 more offers before making a decision early next week. other companies I told got gun-shy and I think they moved fwd with other candidates since they can't persuade me to join them they'll go for lower hanging fruit with fewer options

if you're confident the interview went well (because there is no point mentioning it if you know you sucked, will just sound cocky), be humble, say some silly **** like ''You know how those things always happen all at the same time, but I'd like to be transparent, I'm in the process with other employers, may I ask when you and your team expect to do a follow-up?''. You can also add a little white lie by saying ''I'm only asking because you guys are my first choice and this would help me with my next move'' etc. etc.

I don't know where you live, but times are tough for companies, and we're all forced to race with each other, so it's absolutely normal to have candidates being chased by others.
If the candidates don't mention it, I usually ask the question myself so that I can tell my team if we're against the clock or not to hire X, Y candidate

I would say no unless you're in a situation where you have an offer cutting off soon and need to expedite theirs

Otherwise I'd handle it like you'd handle girls: you don't go around trying to get leverage over girls by telling them you just had or will have your cawk in other girls. You go in like you have eyes only for that company, and your being in demand won't require mentioning because they'll be able to tell every other company wants your cawk inside them
