I have years of experience with firearms from my experience with the military. You literally have to be an incompetent retard, to get live and blank rounds mixed up. I can literally unload and load almost any firearm blindfolded, and still be able to tell the difference. There's no projectile in blanks and you can easily tell they're blanks by feel. I used to own a gun at home to protect my three children. Sometimes I'd be irresponsible though and leave it laying around. I eventually got rid of the gun though... to protect my two children.

We're not going to get the truth on this for awhile. Everyone speaking publicly is in full CYA mode, and it's going to take an investigation to get the real story.

My guess.

-Dumb sloot handed guns off to her friends to go shoot, because she's a dumb sloot whose only job is to mind live guns. Guilty of criminal level negligence, but I don't know if a prosecuter will actually bring criminal charges in a media-circus situation like this. She will get her azz sued off in civil court.

--I'd also sue the dumbazzes who brought live bullets within a mile of a movie set where clueless self-important libcucks are going to be waving guns around. That's like lighting off fireworks by a gas pump... you're knowingly setting yourself up for a big fukkup. Lawyers would call it recklessness.

-Baldwin didn't do anything wrong directly... this is a guy who has been pointing guns at cameras for 40 fukkin years and it's always been gucci. He had no responsibility to know if a gun is loaded or not, that's why he pays other people to tell him. There is no reason why he should have known. And he's got celebrity protecting him, vs some random crew brah. He won't be held liable for anything.

-But as producer, if Baldwin was the one cutting corners and hiring idiots because they worked cheap, it's a reap-the-whirlwind situation. Maybe that was forced on him by some small hat in LA, who knows. But the set sounds like normal Hollywood exploitation... incompetent nonunion scabs being run ragged every day and treated like chit. You don't take care of people, they're not going to take care of you when you really need them to.

The real problem here is Baldwin, it was his responsibility to understand gun safety and check the firearm before he considered using it.

If you puck up a gun and shoot and kill someone with it, that is all on you. This is why they try to teach proper gun safety.

I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm just stating the most likely logic of a libtard actor's logic on a movie set. They shouldn't even be using a real firearm onset in the first place. When you shoot a firearm with a blank at someone, in close range you can still cause damage to that person. Without a blank firing adapter, a lot of the gun powder is going to spray at the person through the barrel. Whoever was in charge of this, is a complete moron. (Ded fkn Srs)
