Diversity and inclusion practices are going to make it harder for the least "privileged" whites. IOW the programs designed to fight against this theory of white supremacy/privilege is going to harm those with the least amount of it if you believe in the stupid theory.

A silver lining could be that large corporations might get bogged down and suffer productivity losses in which small businesses can get a better footing. Also instead of hiring the best for the job they are hiring by characteristics not associated with the job that needs to be done and that's not good for business. The best and the brightest come to you, you reject him/her, that person goes to your competition and starts to work against you.
