Bodyweight Physique
33 years old 5'7 150lbs. 1 year of calisthenics. Under 100g protein a day. Maintenance calories. Do I look like I workout or just an average twink manlet? Losing motivation to keep working out tbh. U think I can actually put on any size if I bulk and eat more protein doing calisthenics?

Look like you work out with your shirt off, not bad for home workouts srs.
However, most likely you look DYEL in clothes, but then again that's the case for most natties unless they are happy to be a bit fluffy.

Feel like I am just spinning my wheels now. Considering getting a gym membership and actually bulking but at 33 not sure if I can even make any real gains.

If that's how you look after a year of training there is reason for me to believe even more can be achieved. I would recommend to increase calories slightly until you start to gain weight a little but don't go overboard
Also, your shoulders and arms seem to dominate over your chest. I wonder what kind of excercises you do for chest?

"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

iron cross holds and pull ups etc
it's way quicker and easier to go to a gym and lift weights

i'd consider you 'fit' but you'd put on some decent size if you actually weight trained with a real program with progressive overload.
but like you said, 33 and a manlet so why bother
My advise is join a gym, lift for 6 months seriously, then add cell tech. Blast 4 months and cruise 8

You look great for 150lbs srs
Add pushups with your legs elevated, workin upper chest will help out substantially imo. Was a huge gain for me.

Look pretty badass for just calisthenics for a year. Don't give up or it would have been for nothing. A few weights and you'll look even better but you definitely look advanced even now.

Update: 2 months later. Now eating 2700 calories. Got a set of dumbells. Gained 3.5lbs. Not sure how much of it was fat.
5'7 153.5lbs. Trying to focus more on chest. Still poverty. Took week off last week because had COVID. This lighting is good and I have a little pump from pushups. I don't think I look that good IRL.

Say, ˹O believers,˺ We believe in Allah and what has been revealed to us; and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and his descendants; what was given to Moses, Jesus, and other prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them. And to Allah we all submit.

Chest is improving nicely, especially for only 2 months. Keep at it, maybe more upper chest workouts?. Not sure what your legs are looking like but I would put your upper body in the top 1% (Competition body builders are in the top .0000001%) of men in the world, with your chest probably in the top 5%. If you aren't sure how well you're doing, go to any major theme park for a day and observe what most dudes look like.
*Updated* If you can't hit a 320 yard drive, are you even a man?

You look great for calisthenics and no lifting...
If you want a body building look though you gotta eat some trenbolony sandwiches and switch to a solid lifting routine. Honestly, you have an amazing base. You'd look epic in 3 months.

You look good for what you have but the problem with body-weight is. Its just so freaking light. Even if you put on a 30lb weight vest your still not working with a lot of weight. Due to the nature of BW exercises you aren't going to be able to progressively overload that much weight.
Most of the really yolked gymnast lift weights/do bodybuilding accessory exercises. (srs)
Up the protein/calories abit more and see where it gets you.
