Austin is improving

They're removing the homeless camps. Not sure about the other lib third-world areas in Seattle, Portland, SF, Philly, etc though

Guessing Huntsville Alabama. It's a red state and you can buy houses for incredibly cheap.

Here's a random 4 bed / 3 bath 2725 sqft house built in 2019 for only $325k.

Nice. I've heard people say good stuff about Chattanooga and Nashville but don't know much about them personally. They seem interesting though

I'm more into big cities or living right outside of them right now just cause there's more job opportunities
