Or guys could go low and slow through their twenties and peak in their early 30s.

No need to go through all of frankensteins potions in a couple years, use it to slowly break through plateaus and let your body grow at least a little more naturally.

They want to pump out freak transformations in quickest time possible, it’s going to be severely detrimental to health and less effective in the long term. But it’s good for Instagram and tiktok.
