After 30's is interesting when it comes to aging...

I definitely don't think I'm anything special, but I take care of myself pretty well.

I exercise, eat a decent diet, haven't drank since last year due to the pandemic, I get plenty of rest, take vitamins and have no stress.

I'm amazed by looking on dating apps how people younger than me, like 33-36 are in pretty rough shape.

Kind makes me want to do all that I can to prevent from aging like milk myself.

Working out (hard) regularly, eating mostly healthy and cutting out most of the BS (like alcohol, drugs) go a long way.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.

I know you feel OP I see a lot of people ~10 years younger than I who look like absolute chit. Aging is related to poor health and stress, and these people have that chit locked down.

oh yeah they lived a full life, going drinking and going to bars and going to clubs and staying out late and hooking up and going to parties where people are drinking and hooking up

women tend to age worse then men because of make-up, cock carousel, tanning and lastly substance abuse

37 checking in.

if you put in the same effort it took you to maintain a b plus average in high school, you'll be fuking killing it at this age. your competition is either married or has totally let themselves go.

lift, do some cardio and limit the chit that's awesome but damaging(booze, fried food, large pizzas, cheesecake etc etc) to 1-2 days a week.

also be over or close to 6'

yeah, i've turned into a 'boring' person. Going out for a 'few drinks' just makes me tired and ruins my sleep. A binge every now and then is fun but thats like a twice or thrice a year kind of thing.

I’ll be 38 in 2 months and still can’t grow a full beard or a mustache.

Same. I go out on occasion and others drink me under the table. I have little to no tolerance for alcohol since I drink maybe 4 times a year. I'm cool with it, tho.

I'm in a similar boat. I don't doubt that there are some people that are just fked with chit genetics when it comes to aging, but I do really think a lot of this can be controlled with proper diet and exercise. I don't party that often anymore and certainly didn't party hard like a lot of my friends in their 20s, yet I look like I'm 27 max while my friends, who are usually a year or two younger than me, all look like they're 35+. I'm lucky in that I don't have terrible balding as of now (knock on wood), but I can't help but think too that the fact that I limit my alcohol intake and eat a ton of nutrient dense food, while these fkers are out getting pizza/trying new restaurants 10x a week, is also why I look the way I do.

I've lived a life thus far where in my teens and early-mid twenties I've been avoiding vegetables/fruits srs. Talking like only eating meat and carbs basically. Been doing a multi vitamin since I was a kid though, to help compensate.

Finally changing that bad habit now that I'm 26. Been buying frozen vegetables every grocery store outting and having a large serving of vegetables every so often, srs. Pooping is better from this alone.

Now if only I can get rid of my diet soda habit.

Hope to age well, people still call me young for my age. I think that's in part for my voice though tbh.

That’s why the thirties are prime time to get girls if you take care of yourself.

Not to mention, while some athleticism has slightly decreased (it’s more the recovery isn’t as quick is the problem) the mental element should be increased.

The most significant physiological change I noticed after 30 was recovery time after an intense physical activity.

And it only gets longer and longer.

I am also in great shape, sub 10% BF, but that means fuk all when it comes to my body recovering.

This. Sub 10% isn't great to maintain, fuks up hormones. 12-18% is probably ideal.

I was looking at pictures of myself when I was 25... I look so much better now. I was probably 20% bf then but I drank a lot and smoked and ate like chit. Now I'm 14% and I haven't drank or smoked in two years and I eat like Greek God and lift like a beast chicken. Attention from females is off the charts now. I wish I could go back in time and tell myself the secret to life is sober living and aesthetics. Could've tripled my intake of prime cunny back in the day with this knowledge.
