Flaked on a girl due to feels about exGf (srs)

Normally don’t talk to girls at the gym but I’m trying to get over my ex so said **** it. Basically met a pretty girl who’s completely my type, planned to get coffee yesterday and I blew her off with thoughts like she’s not my ex, I don’t want anything to do with her etc..

Feels like I’m gonna be stuck in the feels forever boyos. Don’t think men would remind me of my beautiful French ex so may give that a try, tbfh….

it's just your brain chemicals being out of whack and tricking you into thinking you lost something of value.

Relationship is done but don't feel the need to rush into anything. Take the time to get your head straight. Stay no contact, delete pics, etc and eventually you'll be ready to accept a new hbb into your life.

In the meantime, focus on you. Smash the weights, eat right, sleep the best you can and just stay busy with work and hobbies. It seems like the end of the world but we've all been there and will be again. It gets better just don't fall for your brains tricks. Or your dinks tricks. He can be a sly one too.

Focus on you exclusively to your own self improvement.

Once you start putting yourself first and let that be your focus then so much falls into place.

Contacting ex-sloot or trying to get with another sloot will only fuk with your head at this point.

Dude I know you're heartbroken same thing happened to me look at it this way, just because you're heart is broken it doesn't mean that you need to go around breaking hearts

Wow, was about to say OP is ****ghot in jest, but OP may seriously be a major ****ghot

in all serousness, I had an ex-wife leave me. My Dad told me after I was feeling like you for a few weeks, "you're over here thinking about her, and she aint even thinkin about you."

That moment changed everything. Start looking for new women, but don't be looking for a relationship. Just have fun and after a few months you won't even care. But honestly, you got to fuk a chick or get with a bunch of people. It really takes your mind off the ex. Do some fun things and think about yourself.

Literally forget your ex. That "reality" is no longer a reality.

Did your ex dump you or you dumped her?

It's been 25 days since my breakup and I'm still not fully ready to date. Meanwhile my ex wants me back again but I'm not sure if I even want her back lmao

If you're even 5% unsure, DO NOT DO IT
