Better question is how have they not been dissolved yet? Their executives criminally prosecuted? Their negligence has cost lives. The vaccine has killed more directly than the actual virus. This whole "why be shocked you should have known" crap is a deflection tactic.

I can answer you, because the whole system is corrupt. Anyone who knows this shouldn't be shocked is all I'm saying, I'm not trying to deflect.
