You just need to practice. You want to throw the bike off a cliff the first time and soon you can do it in a few minutes

Actually it’s my gf sons. They too on it all apart without looking at how it was put on. It’s a lot of crap

Lmao. I changed two tires on an 8 year old bike a few weeks ago. Ngl it was a pain in the butt without the right tools. You need a stick to jam into the tire and another stick to go around the tire to debead it.
