Full body routines?

What are some full body routines that are decent?? Due to upcoming work schedule I won't be able to go to the gym as much as i'd like so i wanna do at least 3 days a week full body. Thanks!

My FB routine is,

HSP Training

Quads, Hamstrings, chest, back width, shoulders, biceps, triceps

Choose 5-7 body parts and then choose appropriate exercises for heavy, stretch and pump days. It’s all from HSP team3dalpha program.

Day 1 (heavy) 8RM
Squats 4 sets
Leg press close foot 4 sets
Incline bench 4 sets
Pull ups (underhand) 4 sets
Military press 4 sets
Weighted dips 4 sets
Barbell curls 4 sets

Day 2
Cardio

Day 3 (Stretch) 6-8RM (focus on eccentric 4 second tempo) (last rep stretch for 20-30 seconds)
Squats 4 sets
Deadlifts (still legged) 3 sets
Incline DB Flyes 4 sets
Lat pulldowns 4sets
Face Pulls 4 sets
DB Incline Hammer Curl 4 sets
Skull Crusher with dumbbells

Day 4
Cardio

Day 5 (pump) 20RM (Squeeze on last 5 reps)
Leg extensions 4 sets
Leg curls 4 sets
Machine press 4 sets
Pulldowns 4 sets
Upright row 4 sets
Seated bicep curls 4 sets
Cable pushdowns 4 sets

I like to tell myself and write in my planner that I'll be working on legs and deltoids but then do bicep and chest exercises. Muscle confusion is so underrated OP.

Work the whole body without working the whole body ya know?

lifting heavy is Bull Chit , you just end up dying of a heart attack, Bodyweight/Calisthenics/light weights/cardio is the way to go.....

Huge muscles just look kind of dumb now BB is over
