- Kanika Batra, from Sydney, Australia, has narcissistic personality disorder, which means she is unable to internally validate herself and constantly relies on affirmation from other people
- The 26-year-old recently opened up about the condition, explaining how brief the feelings of self-worth can be achieved when she receives positive comments from others
- The Miss World Australia finalist has also been diagnosed with anti-social personality disorder (ASPD), which means she lacks empathy and guilt
- This, she says, has wrecked previous relationships, with her cheating on several partners

My brother has Borderline Personality Disorder. Mental illness is one hell of a thing. If I had a dollar for every girl my brother cheated on or slept with I’d be rich. NPD is definitely a legit thing, and narcissism is on the dark triad spectrum right beside psychopathy. I had a friend who had it and he cheated on people all the time, also never saw any consequences to acting like a complete a-hole. The fact she's putting it out there and claiming that it justifies her actions is just dumb, although she's hot enough to still rope in guys.

This isn’t surprising. There are legit people like this, in both genders.
These are the people that can step on your toes, or wrong you, or sell you down the river without a second thought or care in the world. They lack that pesky thing called compassion, so they live lives where people are little more than tools to be discarded when they are no longer useful.
