Cannabis withdrawals

It’s about a week in on quitting and I’m tired with no motivation.

When will this crap end?

Buy NOW calcium/magnesium. Get some vitamin c in asorbic acid powder form (i got the whole foods house brand). Get peter gillham b-100 vitamin complex. Take recommended NOW dose with a dash of vitamin c powder and half a b complex capsule. Mix everything in water. It will help detox and rebuild your brain as well as prevent spasums in the brain dead srs. Take it three times per day after meals. You will be good as new in a week srs. I just did it after smoking everyday from 9am to midnight.

Kinda surprised you feel no motivation (srs) when I stop smoking, I have so much energy it feels like I'm on crack or some chit. Not necessarily in a 100% productive way - like I will be on edge, more prone to be stressed and immediately react to things, more prone to being "ADHD-like" if that makes sense.

How much sleep you been getting? Exercise? Has your diet changed?

Try to sleep as much as you possibly can, nap, etc. This is the ultimate recovery tool, it rights the body and brain back to homeostasis like nothing else can.

Keep it to weekends and no more than 3x a week with at least a 4 day break in between use.

Using daily is a recipe for addiction/mental retardation.

Guess I'm full retard then.

37, started smoking at 19. Have smoked easily 90% of all the days in between those two ages. Haven't smoked in the last 2 or 3 months cause I just moved and have been too lazy to try to find a hook up here. Zero issues or withdrawls. Ya'll just getting into your own head about it.

Yeah, it fukin sucks.
Where I live it's all powder. Can find that chit anywhere. Haven't found someone who sells what I want, that I want to be associated with on any regular basis.

Think I'm going to apply for medical since it's available here, but it's a PITA process and I'm lazy.
