I want to make stock, do I add green onions, garlic, and water in a pot with the oxtails and boil?

damn that's a lot of bones.

big pot water.

because you're stewing this for a whole day. put only hard **** in it as things like green onion will become a green goo. so drop a whole white onion in there. half a clove of garlic(stripped). and that's it. add salt. i go light on salt as it's not really about taste for me. it's about health.

the more spices and ingredients you add the more it'll smell btw. so keep it simple. mine never leaves behind a bad smell

so after you're done tomorrow. fish out the bones, the onion garlic and any excessive meat floating around. then put it in the fridge. leave it. come back a couple hours later, the fat should solidify at the top. use a spatula to get the fat out and put it in a cup or bowl. throw all that fat in a frying pan and heat it up. so the moister is evaporated then pour it back into the cup or bowl. now you have pure animal fat to cook anything with.

and the soup is pure collagen and calcium gains HHHHHnnnnnnngggggggggg just made mine yesterday
