Ferrigno has bigger legs, bigger all over. Arnold had more definition all around. Based off his book I would say Arnold had a tighter grip on how to develop muscle efficiently. Sterons or no sterons

Why did bbers back then have much more 3D looking muscle? Instead of blended with guts
