Lawyer or LEO brahs need help SRS will rep

Just ended it with my girl and she's acting like a goddamn psycho now. Been texting and calling me saying crazy chit like she's going to hurt or kill herself if I don't give her another chance. There's no chance I ever get back with her. What can I do to protect myself in a situation like this. I feel like she might bash her face in and call the cops on me or some crazy **** ded fuking srs. Help brahs.

If I were you I would contact the non-emergency line and tell them that you are aware of someone saying they will self-harm (this way they will have on record that you called it in and were afraid that someone you know will eventually harm themselves)
Next apply for a restraining order (this is to protect you from false accusations etc)

Block her number, and all social media.

If she gets passed that and tells you she’s going to hurt herself, take that seriously and immediately hang up and call the police to report it.

If she calls you to talk, immediately hang up.

After a few times of immediately hanging up, she will probably get the picture and stop trying. But if you answer the phone and talk to her, that’s giving her hope and it’s basically resetting the clock of her trying to get over you.

If she continues, seek a restraining order

Go to your local courthouse and file for a restraining order on her using the texts as proof. If they deny you, you at least have it on record.
If you don’t want to go that far, call the non emergency line and talk to an officer about your concerns, have them perform a welfare check and take the incident number so it’s on paper. Good luck buddy

Screenshot and double save all texts that she's sent you about killing herself. Block her on everything. Warn your friends and family if she tries contacting them. If you want you can call the non-emergency police number and let them know. Doubt they'll do anything but at least you'll have a record of you calling.

Restraining order is taking it a bit far. Those follow you around and can cause you a ton of chit. If she's actually crazy, that could just instigate even more anger/emotion.

Keep in mind, she isn't threatening OP.

At very least save and document all the txt and voicemail chit. If it gets really bad, as in you honestly believe she will hurt herself and/or blame you in some way then contact police And file a report. They will most likely try to talk you out of it but do it anyways. Worst comes to worst find an attorney that deals with that sort of chit.

I feel bad for you if its true. Been there (srs) but it ended up being all for show after i called EMS to deal with it.

Apply for a restraining/protection order (depending on what they're called in your state). If it's granted, report any violations. She has no reason to contact you now that you're done with her.

Tell a family member and record that as well.

Kind of like locking a drunk sloot on your balcony after threatening to throw her off your balcony, then ordering a couple of supreme slices while you figure out whether you should call the police or your father's lawyer.

I'm not saying to rush over to her side to prevent her from killing herself. I'm saying contact family, friends, or police over the threats she was making so that somebody could see to it that she got some immediate help. Up to 1 in 10 BPDs do actually kill themselves.
