Its so humbling to get back in gym after almost 2 months of absence
Had covid and got tattooed and I lost motivation for training so I havent worked out in 2 months.

Lets be honest I was never big (in a positive way) however couple of months ago I built a pretty decent physique and I was on a roll so its not like I was Arnold or something but **** I was doing pretty good.

Compare yourself to who you were yesterday. Don't make comparisons to Arnold or any other fitness icon like that man. Fitness is a personal journey and there are so many things to factor in. Everybody's journey is different.
