North Korean Man Sentenced to Death After Smuggling Squid Game Into Country

According to sources close to RFA, the smuggler faces death by firing squad, with the students involved in watching the series also facing harsh penalties as well.

“A student who bought a drive received a life sentence, while six others who watched the show have been sentenced to five years hard labor, and teachers and school administrators have been fired and face banishment to work in remote mines or themselves,” said RFA in their report.

In NOKO there is a hierarchy. The closer you are to the top, the more your family gets. This is reserved for people who are close to the government regime.

Look up the class system in NOKO, its insane. They even display it.

According to Kim Il-sung, who spoke in 1958, the loyal "core class" constituted 25% of the North Korean population, the "wavering class" constituted 55%, and the "hostile class" constituted 20%." - the loyal core class is probably 1% lol
