Does anyone else picture people as their skeletons whilst talking to them?

Idk if it’s offsetting or what but it’s a habit I’ve recently picked up where (while someone is talking to me) I’ll zone out and stare deeply at the parson’s skull/facial features and map out in my mind what their actual skull devoid of flesh/organs/etc would look like in real time.



Is this a sign of madness? Stripping people’s humanity from them and perceiving them as no more than animated physical objects?
