Miscers that sell on FB marketplace ?
So I sold a blender on marketplace and the girl just messaged me and said it arrived broken and sent pictures. Apparently it got jacked up in the shipping process. She’s asking for a refund, what should I do?

Bro you used the postal service? I'd get on them hard about it, srs. They will likely not be as forgiving and willing to reimburse as well as UPS or FedEx, at least from my experience

I know USPS can be dickish about it, but I would imagine they would reimburse in the end. If they are the default for FB marketplace I'm sure there would be tons of other cases of damaged shipment, too...

When I checked ******** for whether or not to refund it says all sales are final. Going to check more when I get home from my computer and contact USPS
