I'm lactose intolerant but if you're not then I don't see why dairy would be bad for you.
“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

I didn't watch the video but dairy is something I typically avoid. Though at the moment I'm going through a craving for cheese for some odd reason. I'm liable to act on it tomorrow.

Eating dairy makes me feel fired. It also gives me a hollowed appearance. I can often tell when someone else isn't eating dairy. They tend to appear healthier to me.

With that said, I know many people that enjoy dairy products and look great.

Recently I've developed lactose intolerance, but have since discovered that changes NOTHING because everything has a lactose-free option.

"Supposed to"

Because we were perfectly designed, similar to the way bananas were perfectly designed for the human hand.

Self-fellating garbage

Virtually 80% of other foods are worse for you than these.

His argument is more or less many genome clusters do not produce sufficient lactose as adults, and this is because of God's perfect plan of positive natural selection, from his D- in 3rd grade biology interpretation of natural selection.

The other arguments are so beyond incoherent I cannot even specifically restate them without my disagreements.

He described one mechanism for Type 1 diabetes from exposing infants <1 y/o to cow milk, which I think everyone knew is not recommended.

Looked him up. Obese GP who touts his crackpot plant diet he made up with no real comprehensive evidence or support
