I work a fortune 500 union job. They released mandate plans in an email a few weeks ago. Told my boss that he's going to have to fire me and that I would seek legal representation. I was on the phone with HR and a some other high-ups within minutes. Didn't budge on my position. As soon as OSHA publicly claimed that it could not enforce the mandate laws unless everything clears the courts, the company went back on it's mandate and decided not to follow through... Im not arrogant enough to think that I was the sole reason for that decision, but I am a damn good worker and lots of other good workers also spoke their minds. They can not afford to lose all of us. Stay strong, we have the power. Don't comply.
