Powerlifting has done it again (~0 motion bench)

Reminder, if you don't think that's equivalent to a no arch, shoulder grip width bench, you are a bigot and a noobie and a weakling cause a girl can almost bench as much as you
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

As ridiculous as that may be, I couldn't bench anywhere near 2x bodyweight even with a super wide grip like that.

Edit: Just noticed that super arch lol, there's no way I could arch my back like that either.

Horrible ROM. Shouldn’t even count as a lift.

It’s nearly as bad as that ******* in the other thread talking about he inclined bench 225 but never touched the bar to his chest.

Honestly had to replay it because I completely missed the slight unlocking of the elbows the first time. I was still waiting for her to start but she was already finished

her arch doesn't seem super ridiculous

she can grip the bar at max legal limit but because she is tiny compared to the max grip width her ROM shortens to the point where it's almost non existent. regular sized people would have to grip wider to achieve that but obviously they can't bc it's not legal.

i'm guessing if she took a much shorter grip and isn't arch maxing, she maybe benches 135 for a few reps
