I don't get the hype for standing presses. Seated is probably better.

With that said I benched 275x8 last week and then went back down to 225 for I think 15.
I’d like to bench 405 before I die.
If I could squat 600, bench 400 and deadlift 660 in a meet, I think I’d contentedly give up lifting and go start an ant farm srs.
