Portland is about the same, maybe not as boarded up however, still bad.

Went there a earlier this month for a friends birthday and it was DEAD for a Friday night, DEAD.

Parking almost everywhere on the street, barely any people about, and all parking garages were empty on the first floor.

Still, the soys of Portland will say that downtown is the same as its always been, SMH.
