That's inexcusable. Normally one to say wait for more of the story to come out or whatever, but based off all the facts we currently know, it's completely inexcusable and that could should go to jail for a long time.

That being said, don't expect anything to happen right away. It takes time to build a solid case, especially against an on duty police officer (because not every job allows you to legally use force against other people and be justified/okay, so more has to go into the investigation that wouldn't normally).

But fuk that guy. This is Daniel Shaver levels of bad (the guy killed in a hallway on his knees).
