Obvious choice is Hardcore History with Dan Carlin. Start with the older stuff. Each podcast is like 1-3 hours each, some longer and some are a series, like Wrath of the Khans which is like 12 or so hours in total.
True crime podcasts are good. Some have full season dedicated to one case like Serial and Truth and Justice with Bob Ruff. Other good true crime ones are Jensen and Holes: The Murder Squad, True Crime Garage, Casefile, Dark Topic, Sword and Scale. most of the true crime ones run an hour to an hour and a half each.
Comedian podcasts like Your Mom's House (2-3 hours), Bill Burr's Monday Morning podcast (1-1.5 hours), older Joe Rogan Experiences are obvious as well and 3 hours a pop typically.

I've got the best recommendation, hopefully it hasn't been said in here.
Dan Carlin has a podcast called Hardcore History. He's basically a historian who reads an absolute boat load of books, I think he read something like 200 books on WW2 and made a podcase specifically covering that war called Blueprint for Armageddon. It's a 6 part series, each segment is like 2 hours long, so it's long like you ask for.
It's a factual, completely realistic recap of WW2, what happened, how it started, what the different nations were thinking, all the way down to actual proven recounts of battles, how INSANE and terrible they were/what it was like to battle in it, etc. It's absolutely ****ing mind blowing, your jaw will drop a hundred times listening. He reviews it accurately yet in an entertaining way, all the crazy parts.
I love it. I'd say check that out. They're usually free for like the first year he releases them and then you have to pay for them. Blueprint for Armageddon came out a few years back so you might need to Google it, find it and pay a few dollars, but I'm guessing it's like $5 and the series is worth $100 entertainment wise.
On top of that, there are tons of other series of Hardcore History on different wars. He's awesome, so once you finish that, move on to others, Google which are best, etc.
100000000% check it out. Education and entertainment and shock/awe all in one.

One that hasn't been mentioned yet and because it's a fitness board is called Mindpump. Basically three experienced trainers who answer questions and do interviews who are actually pretty smart and can be entertaining. Each one is usually over an hour although they can get repetitive with selling their programs.
Another one I'll recommend I haven't seen mentioned is called Timesuck. Guy does a breakdown of historical people and events, although he does have a leaning towards talking about serial killers. Again, good and long. The one on the Greek Gods and a few others are fantastic historical stuff.
Nobody has mentioned Tim Ferriss either - gives great interviews with some really amazing people.

Jocko's is solid...also been into Huberman Lab lately (neuroscience and health stuff). Outkick the Show is a daily one for sports/politics from Clay Travis (if you're right leaning). Pardon My Take for sports as well. For tech I do Lew Later and occasionally Waveform. For comedy I regularly listen to: Bad Friends, Tim Dillon Show, 2 Bears 1 Cave, Chris Distefano's, and This Past Weekend, . And obvi JRE still has some bangers
