My ******** feed is just an endless loop of baby pictures. Don't even bother with it.

IG bugs me because my Explorer page is crammed full of odious sloots that rate themselves. Hitting the 'not interested' tab makes zero difference. Then there's the Reels with the dancing/duck faces/voiceovers that makes me want to top myself.

Deleted FB years ago, worth it. Still scroll through insta but I feel like it's easier to make your feed about your own positive interests like gym, food, photography, mma, etc. and ignore the bs.

As you get older it's just full of people posting their couples dating pics or later their kid/family pics. No real reason to be into it unless you are interested in that kinda chit.

I like the Cluster approach that my sister has taken. She just uploads some pics and videos to that and it's just for our family and her close friends n chit.
