Pot roast...Thank you bezarker/10 :)

Bezarker did a nice pot roast earlier this week so I wanted to follow suit. Had my parents over for dinner and made a pot roast w/homemade bread and for dessert...I made chocolate chip cookie bars with vanilla bean ice cream.

I haven't had any yet but they loved it. My mom is such a good cook and I always get nervous when I cook for her...like I'm not worthy and it's weird srs...

Great choice for xmas. Rice and corn sound really good and I love both. I'm going to do that next time for something different.
