What's the least amount you'd take for a job you truly love?

A job you truly love in the place that truly makes you happy. How much?

Legit considering giving up a $100k a year job for a $42k a year job in a place I've wanted to live in for years. If I sold my house, I'm looking at around $200k pure profit which will almost outright buy a house in this place. Would you?
