Are Tesla Cars powered completely by solar?

If you have a panel on your home can you charge your car 100% from solar? If not what else do they use for power

No, unless you live in a Costco.

Takes some serious juice to recharge a battery quickly. That's typically done thru the utility because most charging is done at night.

well thats what Im asking. I just watched an interview with Tom Brady saying how "sustainable" these cars are..but where does the electricity come from if its not solar or wind how is it so sustainable? And also, where do all the batteries go after they are useless? And dont these cars require insane amounts of lithium and copper? Not against electric vehicles i jus dont see how they are so environmentally friendly

Coal fired powerplants fuel your car. Lithium mines are great for the environment as well.
