After almost 20 years of lifting I finally found a reason to hire a PT

I don't know why it took so long for me to catch onto this.

Personal trainers have the authority to reserve equipment! I'll be their easiest customer ever, no need to make a routine, just reserve equipment. When I get off of work and arrive at the gym at 5:15pm and its a phuckin' zoo i'll have a squat rack or a bench station waiting for me.

or with the money you'd spend on a trainer you could buy your own rack and bench

Do they really? I always see them using 2-3 machines and I’ll go over and purposely use them and they never have confronted me once in the 10 years I been doing it.

I can’t stand people who use multiple things unless it’s empty and they’re okay with me taking it over as my primary station
