i don't think limb lengthening surgery is as dangerous as some people think srs. they've actually been doing it for a long time for people with different length limbs and bone actually grows really well as evident with broken bones etc. ofc muscle and tendons are an issue but as with anything I'm sure they can be stretched out.

probably won't be a top tier athlete or anything but I'm sure you can lift, run etc. any normie tier exercise.
