How do you deal with self doubt (ded fkn srs)

I have this problem where I have a natural aptitude for a lot of things, but obviously not everything cause I’m not god. Whenever I come up against something I’m not naturally good at or it doesn’t go my way immediately, I’m flooded with feels of self doubt. Any tips to remedy this immature mentality boyos?

its a useless emotion that offers no benefit.

The only thing you should do is self evaluate and have full self awareness, but when you doubt yourself thats crossing too far and putting any effort or energy into thinking about self doubt is a waste of time as it only deters you from doing anything useful. You wont achieve anything by it no matter how much you dwell on it.
