Those of us who have been health-conscious well before the pandemic know there's nothing to fear and can see through the bs money grab by corrupt big pharma criminals and the politicians that are in their pockets. I can understand that some people are especially scared, either for themselves or older loved ones. The fear-mongering has been unleashed in full force.

What I can’t understand is when you bring them a bit of good news - news of another therapeutic, the low mortality rate of omicron - really any bit of good news about covid - they often argue against it or give a reason why it’s not good news. I don’t understand that. Some people seem to want covid to be a persistent and deadly threat, and it’s usually the people the most afraid of it. Some weird kind of Stockholm syndrome or something.

The only people who I know are vaxxcels are my parents. I think there's two reasons. Health/age being one of them (even though they're in pretty good shape and in their mid sixties). The other reason is that people of their generation put more trust into traditional media.
